Fees
I offer counseling and coaching services, as well as assessments for ADHD and autism. Below is an overview of services and pricing, as well as insurance information.
Counseling
Counseling is available on a per-session basis for individuals or couples. Fee per 50-minute session: $170
Coaching
Coaching is available through monthly plans or on a per-session basis.
Monthly Coaching Plans:
Monthly coaching plans include a set number of 50-minute sessions each month, plus two weekly accountability check-ins.
- 4 sessions + check-ins: $765 per month
- 3 sessions + check-ins: $610 per month
- 2 sessions + check-ins: $460 per month
Single Appointments:
If you prefer not to commit to a monthly plan, coaching sessions are also available on a per-session basis without between-session support. Fee per 50-minute session: $170
Assessments for ADHD or Autism
Assessments include a diagnostic interview, standardized questionnaires and computerized testing completed at home, and a written report.
Fee per assessment: $250 for the testing, scoring, and report, plus standard session fees for the interview and review of the results. The interview and results review typically take three sessions, but may require four or more for complex cases.
Insurance:
I am an in-network provider for Maine Community Health Options. If you have that insurance, I will submit the claims for you. Your copay, or the contracted session fee if your deductible has not been met, are due at the time of service.
While I am currently listed as a provider, I am ending my participation with Blue Cross / Blue Shield and am not accepting new clients with this insurance.
I am out-of-network (OON) for most other insurance plans. If your plan includes OON benefits, you may be able to submit claims for partial reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service. Be sure to check with your insurance provider about coverage for outpatient psychotherapy, including your plan’s reimbursement rate and allowable amount, to avoid unexpected costs.
For assessments: standard sessions for the diagnostic interview and results review may be covered by insurance, but the fee for the testing, scoring, and report is not.
