For many adults with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) – or those who are autistic and also have ADHD (AuDHD) – simple things can take enormous effort. It’s not for lack of motivation or intelligence. It’s because your brain works differently. And when you add old patterns or leftover feelings from a difficult childhood, things can feel heavier, shaking your confidence even more.

I’m Beth Main, a board certified coach (BCC) and professional counselor licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC) and Maine (LCPC). I help neurodivergent adults create practical strategies that fit how their brain works. Because progress happens when you stop forcing yourself to work like everyone else, and start working with your brain instead of against it.
